  • Sr. Underwriter (minimum 2 years’ experience, DE/SAR and Encompass experience preferred)

    Responsible for underwriting all loans to be sold on the secondary market, as funded by Pivot Lending Group or its credit union partners. All loans are to be underwritten in the interest of maintaining salability. All details that remove salability are to be noted, mitigated if possible and approved by the purchasing entity.

  • Loan Coordinator and Disclosure Desk (minimum 1 years’ mortgage experience, with Encompass experience preferred)

    As a Loan Coordinator your primary task is to review loan files for correctness and compliance, holding the Mortgage Loan Originating Staff of Pivot Lending Group accountable for file quality. Additionally responsible for sending initial disclosures, requesting and verifying up-front documentation, assisting the Processors; ultimately preparing a mortgage file for submittal to Processing.

  • Loan Closer (minimum 1 years’ experience, with Encompass experience preferred)

    The Closer position completes mortgage loan documents required for closing per investor and program specific guidelines. Reviews data and documentation for data integrity, prepares initial through final closing documents. Communicates with title companies and all parties in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

  • Loan Servicing Specialist (Minimum of 1-2 years experience with residential mortgage and/or consumer loan servicing)

    The primary task of the Loan Servicing Specialist is to ensure the new loan onboarding process. Compiles and verifies all required loan documentation for loan set-up. Makes initial contact with borrower to ensure they are promptly and professional introduced to and explain our relationship to the financial institution. Provide additional support to fellow staff as directed.
